Seit 2014 bietet die DHGE ihren Studierenden im Sommer einwöchige Englisch-Kommunikationsworkshops in der „goldenen Stadt“ an. Die Kurse werden von Nigel Richards durchgeführt, einem aus Großbritannien stammenden Dozenten, der in Prag lebt.

Der Workshop findet vom 21.07. bis 25.07.25 oder vom 11.08. bis 15.08.25 zwischen 9 und 14 Uhr statt.

Nachmittags haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, Prag auf eigene Faust zu erkunden. Im Rahmen des Workshops soll die Kommunikationsfähigkeit verbessert werden. Die Schwerpunkte liegen bei der Durchführung von Bewerbungsgesprächen, Präsentationen und Verhandlungen.

Für jeden Studierenden ist eine Verwaltungsgebühr von 25 Euro zu zahlen. Für die An- und Abreise sowie Unterkunft und Verpflegung ist jeder selber verantwortlich.

Tired of the same old class trips? Join us in going to Cork and Galway,  Ireland from 2 March 2026 to 7 March 2026! We will explore the history, culture, and cuisine of one of the most important countries in all of the European Union. What we will do. 

• 4 days in the second largest city in Ireland, Cork.

• We will stay for 1 day in the sheer natural beauty of Galway. There we will see the Cliffs of Moher and other cultural offerings.

You will experience Irish music and culture in the pub and restaurant culture of Ireland where you can have a pint while listening to traditional Irish music and talking to truly lovely people.

Did you ever want the gift of English eloquence, well you can kiss the Blarney Stone and get it. According to legend, anyone who kisses it (upside down by the way) is gifted with the ability of eloquence and flattery.

Interested in seeing and experiencing the rolling, green hills of a proud and ancient country? We will have a journey to Galway to see natural wonders such as the Atlantic cliffs and maybe even see a leprechaun.

Englischkenntnisse sind in einer globalisierten Welt unerlässlich. Auch deshalb wünschen sich DHGE-Praxispartner seit geraumer Zeit eine verstärkte Förderung der Englisch-Kompetenzen ihrer Studierenden.
